Our
Story
Founded in 2024, Ecoterra Environmental Education is dedicated to inspiring an excitement for nature and wildlife through curiosity and exploration. Our goal is to provide nature based education to learners of all ages and abilities.

Our Founder and Director, Marisa Nagele, holds a degree in Environmental Studies and has been an environmental educator and conservation champion for a decade. Her roles through the years included animal trainer, zookeeper, conservation educator, and program manager.

Ecoterra not only strives to bring nature education to the community, but also to historically underserved learners. Ecoterra is passionate about bringing environmental education to learners of all ages and abilities.
